People like to interpret, and I am no different...

At the brief intake, before each session, it is interesting to see how each person shapes a particular situation...how our humanity likes to do something with it, from our thinking. How, from a certain intention, they hope the session will resolve some mental issues. And at the same time, I also see how limiting that can be.

When they are lying on my mat, a moment later, in a deep visualisation exercise, I invite them to slowly, at their own pace, move beyond the boundary and merge beyond all control.

Then it becomes palpable that thinking makes our space smaller. That there is a larger space where all layers and interpretations are just allowed to be, floating there in the deep dark blue water.

Women were taught to stay away from their pelvises because over the centuries women have been cut off from their power. If you did dare to make contact with this and be connected to this power, you would be burned at the stake. It was much safer to be a virgin mother Mary because sexuality and the power of sexual energy were seen as sinful.

Precisely because therein also lies hidden the ‘I-power’, the power to live from your truth and dare to be autonomous.

Unconsciously, these mental indoctrinations play a major role in our female souls even today. We may feel, as Western women, that we are so much freer, but in the undercurrent we often split off pelvis and heart.

Often we still experience our pelvis as a place that is scary, the power source of the dark womb is dangerous.

These are all beliefs and old voices from the past that may be released

The messages you receive during a session are absorbed by your body, so you don't have to ‘do’ anything with them mentally.

Dare to trust that your body has released the adhesions it may and can release at this moment.

When you can reconnect with this deeper layer, the deeper ‘knowing’ from the earth, you feel that it is time for this feminine wisdom to connect with the world.
